Student Services Centers

The Student Services Centers are designed to be "one-stop shopping" experiences for students to have questions answered related to enrollment services. They are located at the Front Desks of our Main Monroe Park and MCV Campus Locations:

Records and Registration Services

• Registering for classes
• Withdrawing or dropping from classes
• Providing copies of student schedules
• Processing official and unofficial transcript requests
• Processing enrollment verifications and certifications for loans, insurance, etc.
• Updating student address information
• Providing explanations for any hold that is on a student's registration

Student Accounting Services

• Providing copies of and explaining student account bills
• Verifying payments and refunds
• Explaining any accounting-related holds

Students also can drop off any payments in the drop-box located in the center.

Financial Aid Services

A full-time financial aid counselor is available at the MCV Campus Student Service Center for all students in the schools of Allied Health Professions, Nursing and Pharmacy.

Appointments must be made before noon on the day they are to occur.
M-F 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
