Employment

The employment of students at Virginia Commonwealth University is intended to be of mutual benefit to students who want employment and to those members of the university and surrounding communities who need jobs performed.

The following PDF forms should be used by off-campus, non-profit employers:

Assistance Programs

A note regarding on-campus employment: Student employment on campus is very competitive. Students who are awarded FWS are not guaranteed employment but may receive preference in the hiring process. If a FWS award is not used, it will not be replaced with another form of financial assistance.
